Angels’ Share opens with a warm cognac accord that smells like oak barrels and good decisions, then swirls into a golden heart of cinnamon, tonka, and oak spicy, nutty, and just sweet enough to make strangers friendlier. The dry down is a slow, plush hug of vanilla, praline, sandalwood, and candied almond that lingers like last call in a speakeasy. (The name nods to the portion of spirits that evaporates from the barrel apparently the angels have great taste.) 


Notes:

Top: Cognac. 

Mid: Cinnamon, Tonka Bean, Oak (with a touch of Hedione). 

Base: Vanilla, Praline, Sandalwood, Candied Almond
